Suresh

Suresh is our charging bull! He fiercely intelligent, focused and driven and at age 10, he is already a leader of men. At the same time his mind asks philosophical questions. His family is from Bihar and his parents are illiterate; he is determined to be educated. He has now been main-streamed at St. Agnes.

In front of cameras for National TV and 500 a live audience he recited the poem, “Kitabien” (“Books”) by Safdar Hashmi. He then repeated it to the Governor. He told everyone, with a fire in his eyes, that books are the richest source of knowledge and must be devoured. This child is determined to be the Prime Minister of India.
