Gautam

Gautam is our little wise Buddha. He is solemn and kind, and you can see the cleverness in his eyes, which are shaded by intense integrity. He is gentle and yet driven. He came to us and firmly but politely requested an education.

His father is a shoemaker and his is a mother a domestic servant. He has 3 brothers and 2 sisters.

The family migrated from Bihar for economic reasons. Gautam has gone from no schooling to being mainstreamed at St Agnes in under 2 years: he is destined to go places.
