Wings –One Year On

Wings opened its tutorial project on its new location a year ago. St.Joseph’s Academy was very generous in allowing us to continue the Bindal Project on its premises.

The programme has blossomed. There are 180 children from the economic weaker section. Drama, sports & computers have rounded off the curriculum.

Ram Lal continues to weave his magic and the children raise their heads like sunflowers. Twelve teachers have undergone intensive training to understand the basic concept of being interactive facilitators to ‘help the children learn’.

Our main aim remains to help create responsible citizens who question life and are aware of the space around them.
