AASRAA is not responsible for temporary interruptions, technical failures, payment gateway downtime, banking network failures or other circumstances outside its reasonable control.
5. Successful Donations
Where a payment is successfully processed, the donor may receive a confirmation or acknowledgement containing the transaction details provided during the donation process.
The donor should retain the transaction reference, payment confirmation or receipt for their records.
If a payment has been debited from the donor’s account but the donation confirmation has not been received, the donor should contact AASRAA with the relevant transaction details rather than making multiple payments for the same intended donation.

Unless a specific programme or purpose is expressly stated at the time of donation, donations may be used by AASRAA at its discretion to support its charitable programmes, operational requirements and other activities consistent with its objectives.
